Single services may be secured by a credit card or a gift certificate, multiple services require prepayment.
Spa Etiquette
Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment to check in and change into spa attire. Spa time is reserved exclusively for you. In consideration of all guests, lateness will result in a forfeiting of your service time.
With your comfort in mind
The Spa is an adult facility, we maintain a quiet and tranquil atmosphere. Young adults and children under the age of sixteen are not permitted. Upon entering the spa please turn your cell phone off or place in quiet mode during your spa visit. Your relaxation is our primary goal.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations not made 24 hours prior to appointment will result in an automatic charge of 50% of the reserved services.
Service Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with your spa service, please call us within 7 days and we will be happy to schedule a new appointment at no charge.
Spa Parties
Enjoy a relaxing day with friends. Lunch may be added to any spa service for an additional fee. Our friendly spa consultants will be happy to help you customize the perfect spa party.
